1. How long does it take before we receive our package?
It takes 2-3 days from the time of placing the order.
2. Where do you buy your coffee from?
At this time, all of our coffee beans are sourced from Africa. We are very proud to buy our coffee from African coffee farmers. We only partner with agricultural co-operatives and local shareholder coffee farmers. It is an equitable business and the farmers are paid fair market value for their goods. The farmers use only sustainable methods to plant and harvest their crops. Our coffee are 100% traceable, everyone involved in growing and providing our coffee products are treated with respect and fairness.
3. Should I buy ground coffee beans or whole coffee beans?
Whole beans are more flavorful and retain their freshness longer than ground. The "fresh" quality is what everyone looks for in a delicious cup of coffee.
4. Which coffee is your favorite?
We are very versatile coffee drinkers. We are always drinking different coffees and trying out new ones. Our selection for the day depends on our mood. We approach our coffee choice in the same manner that tea drinkers select a tea based on their mood and what their palates desire at the moment.
5. how long can I keep a bag of coffee?
A bag of whole beans that is heat-sealed will stay fresh up to 3 months. An open bag of ground coffee will be stay fresh up to 1 month before it starts to break down.
6. What is the best way to store coffee?
Coffee need to be stores in a cool and dry place. Store open bags of coffee in an air-tight container to keep it fresh longer. Do not store coffee in the freezer, it will start absorbing food flavors.
7. How much coffee should I use to make a cup of coffee?
We recommend using two (2) level measuring tablespoons of ground coffee for every 5 ounces (oz) of water.
